Warranty Policy

Zero Dark Aftermarket sells genuine, manufacturer-authorized parts. Warranty coverage, length, and claim procedures for a given part are set by that part's manufacturer — not by Zero Dark Aftermarket — since we are the retailer, not the manufacturer.

Where to find warranty details for a specific part: check that product's page and its brand page for manufacturer-specific coverage. We're in the process of consolidating each brand's warranty terms onto their brand pages so you don't have to go hunting on the manufacturer's site.

Starting a warranty claim: contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll get you pointed to the manufacturer's claim process and help however we can along the way.

Warranty vs. Returns: a manufacturer's warranty covers defects that show up after you've used the part. It's separate from our Return & Refund Policy, which covers unwanted or incorrect items within the return window.
