Returns, Damages & Warranty (RMA Policy)
All returns, damage claims, and warranty issues must go through our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process — this is the only way we can properly verify your order, confirm eligibility, and make sure you're taken care of correctly. And if any issue is found to be the result of an error on our part, we'll do everything we can to make it right.
Please don't ship anything back to us before receiving an approved RMA — items sent back without one can't be accepted.
To start any RMA, sign in to your account and submit a Request a Return — just tell us what happened and we'll take it from there.
1. Standard Returns (change of mind, wrong part ordered, no longer needed)
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To qualify, your item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
You're responsible for return shipping costs. Some items are sourced through outside vendor warehouses that apply their own restocking fee — if that applies to your order, we'll let you know exactly what it is before your return is finalized, so there are no surprises.
2. Damaged Shipments
We want to make this right, fast. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
- Standard (parcel) shipments: take clear photos of the damage and submit an RMA within 5 business days of delivery.
-
Freight/LTL shipments (larger, palletized items): please inspect the item(s) at the time of delivery, before the driver leaves, whenever possible:
- Take photos of any visible damage to the packaging or product.
- Note the damage directly on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing — don't sign a clean BOL if there's visible damage.
- Ask the driver to sign next to your notation acknowledging it.
- If the driver can't wait for a full inspection, write "subject to inspection" next to your signature on the BOL — this protects your ability to file a damage claim even if the full extent of damage isn't visible until you unpack it.
- Submit your RMA with photos within 5 business days of delivery.
3. Warranty Claims
If a part fails or shows a manufacturer defect after installation, submit an RMA under "Defective / Warranty Claim" and include photos and a description of the issue. Warranty terms (coverage period, whether return shipping is covered) are set by the manufacturer and can vary by brand — once your RMA is submitted, we'll confirm exactly what applies to your part and walk you through next steps.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following can't be returned under any circumstances: electrical parts once installed, fluids/chemicals/hazardous materials, and gift cards. Special-order or drop-shipped items ordered specifically for you are also non-returnable, except where covered under a manufacturer warranty claim.
Some items may be marked final sale, clearance, or non-returnable by the manufacturer or vendor. Because we source through outside warehouse partners, we're not always able to flag this in advance — if it applies to your order, we'll let you know when you submit your RMA.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days (your bank may take a few extra days to post it). If more than 10 business days have passed since approval with no refund, please reach out to us — see below.
