Manufacturer Warranty

WARN winches for Jeep, truck, and SUV applications carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty on mechanical components, with electrical components (motor, contactor, solenoid, remote controls, wiring) covered for seven years from the original purchase date. Coverage varies slightly by line - Industrial Series winches get 5 years on electrical, VRX and Axon winches get 3 years, and ATV winches get 1 year, all still backed by a lifetime mechanical warranty. Rope/cable, product finish, and normal wear items (bearings, brushes, seals) are excluded, and claims require proof of purchase. These terms are set by WARN, not Zero Dark Aftermarket - for warranty service or questions, contact WARN directly or reach out via our Contact page and we will help point you in the right direction.
